Payment sent, but the package has not arrived?
A payment receipt, an order status and a delivered package describe different steps. Keep the payment reference and check the order before trying again. A slow connection can also leave an older status on your screen.
Check these details first
- Reconnect and open your orders in the same account used for the purchase.
- Compare the recipient number, selected package, amount and time with your payment receipt.
- Read any current message on the order. If you are viewing a saved record, reconnect to check its current status.
- Check the recipient's network confirmation or balance through their usual network tools. Do not assume the paying number received a package bought for somebody else.
Payment pending or no order found
A request to pay is not proof that money was received. Check your payment provider's record. If money was deducted but the order is missing or pending, contact support with the reference before paying again. Do not enter another person's reference or reuse a receipt for a different purchase.
Payment confirmed, delivery pending
Follow the order's current instructions. Some packages may have eligibility, availability or scheduling conditions. A confirmed payment does not by itself prove delivery. Avoid placing the same order repeatedly while the first one is being investigated.
What to send to support
- The order reference, if available.
- The recipient number, selected package and approximate purchase time.
- The payment reference and amount, using the service's private support channel.
- The exact message shown and whether your screen was offline.
Never send a payment PIN, password or one-time sign-in code. Share only the relevant receipt details, not an unrelated transaction history.
Failed, cancelled or refund requested
These labels do not automatically mean money has been returned. Read the refund record and the destination shown, where available. Check your payment or wallet history for a completed credit. See refund and subscription guidance.
