Know what happens next with your money and packages
Use the details shown for your own order or subscription. Availability, payment arrangements and refund conditions can differ between packages. This guide explains what to check; it does not create a refund entitlement or promise a completion time.
Following a refund
- Match the refund to the original order and payment reference.
- Check the requested amount, current status and destination, when shown.
- Read any reason or action requested from you.
- After a completed status appears, compare it with the relevant wallet or payment history. Contact support if the records disagree.
A submitted request is not the same as an approved or completed refund. A cancelled order is not proof of a reversal. Do not pay another fee to an unverified contact who claims they can release a refund.
Before starting a subscription
- Confirm the package and recipient number.
- Check the price or how the charge is calculated.
- Read the schedule, next action and any purchase or eligibility limits.
- Check whether a later action needs your confirmation, payment or an available balance.
- Read the controls and terms for stopping or changing future activity.
Changing or stopping future activity
Use the controls available in your subscription details and check the resulting status while connected. Do not assume closing the app or losing connectivity cancels a subscription. Stopping future activity does not necessarily reverse a payment or package already processed. If no suitable control appears, ask support about the specific subscription.
When you are offline
Saved records can help you remember what you arranged, but they may not include the latest payment or schedule change. Reconnect to confirm a change before relying on it. Keep your original payment reference for any investigation.
Open the website for your account's current options. If an order is delayed, follow the pending order checklist.
