Keep the service within easy reach

You can use the website in your browser or add it to your home screen when your device offers that option. Start from the main website while connected. Adding the web app is different from installing an Android download.

Android

  1. Open the website in Chrome or another browser that supports web apps.
  2. Use the website's install invitation when shown, or open the browser menu and look for Install app or Add to Home Screen.
  3. Follow the confirmation on your phone, then open the new icon.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Open the website in Safari.
  2. Open the Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen. Depending on your version, you may first need to open the browser menu.
  3. If offered, enable Open as Web App, then confirm Add.

On a computer

Look for an install option in your browser's address bar or menu. On supported versions of Safari on Mac, look for File → Add to Dock. If no option is available, bookmark the website and continue using it in the browser.

Why is the install option missing?

Browser support and menus vary. If you opened a link inside a social or messaging app, use its menu to open the page in your normal browser. Check whether the app is already installed. An unavailable install button does not prevent you from using the website online.

Prepare for a weak connection

Open the information you need while online, then check whether it is available on that device when the connection drops. Installation does not save everything automatically. Saved prices and statuses may be old; payment confirmation and fresh delivery updates still require a connection. Read what saved offline access means before relying on it.
