Saved information when your connection drops

Offline access means reading information that your device has already saved. It does not provide free internet or make a payment complete without confirmation.

Before going offline

Open the service while connected and visit the information you will need. Use the install option when your browser offers it for easier access. Installation alone does not guarantee that every page or account record has been saved.

Check when information was last updated

Saved package prices, availability, orders and messages may be out of date. Reconnect before relying on a price or interpreting a pending payment. If a page has no saved information yet, it needs a connection to load for the first time.

Actions that still need a connection

New account updates, payment confirmation, delivery status and sending messages require connectivity to the relevant service. Any available SMS or mobile-network payment option has its own connection requirements and charges. A pending action on your phone is not proof that the service received it.

Keep your saved information private

Use your own device for account information. Signing out, clearing browser data, changing devices or using private browsing may remove saved information. The browser and the installed app can also keep separate local data. Do not rely on a saved screen as your only payment record.
